Information for Managers

Learning 2.0 Basics training
We encourage all public libraries across Western Australia to use this training. To join in, we ask that you email the Course Coordinators (cityofswanlibraries@gmail.com) with the following information:

  • The contact details of your nominated library representative/s
  • The details of prizes (if any) you are offering for your library staff
  • A link to (or copy of) your relevant social media or online content policy (if you have one)
  • The following dates:
    • Starting date for your staff (date we need to include the above information)
    • Registration date (that all staff must start their blogs before
    • Closing date (all participants from your library who have completed by this date are eligible for prizes)
  • Number of staff at your library eligible to attend this course (so we can provide accurate participation statistics)

Each library will need to ensure that they can access the following services or sites from staff computers. If these areas are locked down due to Council policies negotiation may be required.
